These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of platforms and products owned and operated by Ad Flaunt Inc. (“Wilson's Barber Shop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Chair Time, our websites, booking pages, SMS communications, and in-shop tablet tools (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Eligibility (Age Requirement)

The Services are intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old

You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

Ad Flaunt does not knowingly allow use of the Services by individuals under 18.


2. Overview of the Services

Wilson's Barber Shop provides booking, scheduling, messaging, and operational tools that connect clients with independent barbers and barbershops. Wilson's Barber Shop is not a barbershop, does not perform barber services, and does not employ barbers unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Barbers are independent service providers and are solely responsible for the services they offer.


3. User Roles

The Services may be used by:

Clients booking barber services

Barbers providing services

Barbershop owners or managers

Platform administrators

Each user is responsible for their own activity and compliance with these Terms.


4. Appointments & Services

Appointments are agreements between the client and the barber.

Service descriptions, pricing, availability, and duration are set by the barber.

Ad Flaunt does not guarantee service availability, quality, or outcomes.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and following shop policies.


5. Payments & Fees

A. Payment Methods

Appointments may be paid:

By credit or debit card through third-party payment processors

Directly to the barber via offline methods such as cash, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App

Ad Flaunt does not store card numbers or full payment credentials.

B. Platform Fees

Ad Flaunt charges barbers a platform fee (such as a percentage per booking or a monthly subscription), as agreed during onboarding.

Platform fees apply regardless of payment method

Card payments may have fees deducted automatically

For offline payments, barbers remain responsible for settling applicable platform fees with Ad Flaunt


6. Pre-Payment & Payment Confirmation

For offline payments, clients may optionally confirm payment via SMS.

These confirmations are:

Self-reported

Trust-based

Not payment verification

Ad Flaunt is not responsible for disputes related to offline payments.


7. No-Shows, Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and no-show policies are set by individual barbers or shops

Refunds are handled according to the barber’s policy

Wilson's Barber Shop does not guarantee refunds unless required by law


8. SMS & Messaging Services

By providing a phone number, users consent to receive appointment-related SMS messages, including:

Confirmations

Reminders

Updates

Optional payment confirmation requests

Rebooking messages

Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.


9. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

SMS messages are delivered through third-party telecommunications carriers.

Wilson's Barber Shop is not responsible for delayed, undelivered, misrouted, or failed messages.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Ad Flaunt does not guarantee SMS availability, reliability, or timeliness.


10. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information

Abuse messaging or booking features

Attempt to bypass platform fees

Use the Services for unlawful purposes

Ad Flaunt may suspend or terminate access for violations.


11. Intellectual Property

All platform software, content, branding, and features are the property of Ad Flaunt Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Wilson's Barber Shop makes no warranties regarding:

Barber performance

Appointment outcomes

Payment disputes

Service availability

SMS delivery


13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wilson's Barber Shop shall not be liable for:

Personal injury or property damage

Lost profits or business interruption

Disputes between clients and barbers

Offline payment issues

SMS delivery failures


14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wilson's Barber Shop from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.


15. Termination

Wilson's Barber Shop may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for misuse or violations.


16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.


17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These SMS Terms apply to SMS communications sent by Wilson's Barber Shop and Chair Time.
